Does Noah even exist anymore?…
pee-bee is a Victoria-based artist whose work explores the shifting perspectives of his turbulent life. While his foundation is built on a decade of painting and drawing, his practice is a multidisciplinary pursuit of honest expression. Characterized by bold lines and a street-inspired aesthetic, his work is an attempt to capture and hold onto childhood innocence. This tactile exploration often moves beyond the canvas into the three-dimensional realms of sculpture and mixed-media design, translating graphic sensibilities into physical forms. His work has been featured in various professional settings, notably his 2025 solo exhibition "pee-bee says goodbye" at Headbones in the interior of British Columbia.
For pee-bee, creation emerged as a clawing attempt to remedy isolation; his art acts as a caretaker, expressing the suffering and emotional turmoil that words fail to capture. Since 2021, his practice has expanded into the auditory through five musical projects that layer textures and narratives to build upon his visual art. In 2025 pee-bee hosted “pee-bee says hello” at the Fifty Fifty Arts Collective introducing his work to Victoria after relocating from the Okanagan. He has participated in many group shows in public, and private galleries, as well as grassroots and DIY exhibitions.
